The City of Warren and the Department of Public Works are set to host a public meeting on Monday, February 26th to discuss the ongoing Riverfront Project.

The Riverfront Project, which has been in development since 2017, focuses on creating a water entry point near Breeze Point Landing in downtown Warren.

With over three million dollars allocated for the project, the city is actively seeking input from the public before moving forward.

Developers crafted four different plans for a water entry site and will be reveling their final concept at the meeting on Monday the 26th.

"Since 2017, we have been interacting with the local business owners at the base of Liberty Street, and also with City and County Officials to get input," stated Chad Yurisic, City Engineer. "We have had several stakeholders' meetings and have tried to incorporate the comments at those stakeholder meetings into the final concept that we have today.”

The meeting will be held on Monday, February 26th at 6:00pm at the Transit Authority (TAWC) Building in downtown Warren on the second floor.
