Hundreds of dancers packed Rainbow Gardens on Friday night celebrating 80s music while raising money for a local nonprofit.

Each year, the AJO Forever Foundation hosts an 80s- themed dance, raising money for Epilepsy research and awareness.

The nonprofit was founded a little over a decade ago, when 18-year-old Alyssa J. O'Neill died from epilepsy.

In the years since, it's raised thousands of dollars, so other families don't have to feel that pain.

Alyssa's family members said that goal motivates them every day, and the community's continued support makes their work possible.
