Erie PA Iron Wings had a unique giveaway and event for children in the Erie community on Saturday.

The afternoon activity featured a had large Easter egg hunt where over 7,000 eggs were hidden for children to find at Pulaski Park located at 12th and Hess.

Three different age groups could participate from toddlers to twelve year-olds. Each group had a chance to win a toy or a bike depending on the children's age.

Organizers said they wanted to do this to give back to children in need this Easter season.

In addition to the egg hunts and bike giveaway, organizers were also giving away free t-shirts.
