The total eclipse is just three days away.

As the countdown continues, Pymatuning State Park is bracing for large crowds.

The 17,000-acre park falls in the eclipse's path of totality. The park decided to open up 350 of its 500 campsites to campers.

According to park manager Dan Bickel, the campgrounds are now fully booked.

Also, all 25 of the park's cabins have been reserved. Bickel also anticipates large crowds at the Pymatuning Spillway, in Linesville.

On Friday, there were hundreds of carp swimming by the cement wall.

Whether it's the campgrounds or Pymatuning Spillway, Bickel expects it to be a very busy weekend.

"One of the nicest things about this, is people will come back and visit Pymatuning again," said Bickel. "Maybe people who hadn't been here before, seeing the publicity of one of the four state parks that are in the path of the eclipse, so we're hoping they come back."

Pymatuning will open its campgrounds for the season on April 12.
