Despite the rainy weather, beer enthusiasts gathered in downtown Warren for the 3rd annual BentFest hosted by Bent Run Brewery, on April 27th.

Over 700 people braved the rain, to enjoy a variety of food and craft brews, wines and whiskey at the third annual Bent Run Brewery BentFest.

Attendees enjoyed live music, food trucks, and a variety of local brews next to the Allegheny river.

“We have a little over thirty vendors here right now, plus our amazing bands," stated Jenny Decker, BentFest Coordinator.  "It’s just kind of a way to celebrate the summer, give it a kickoff and invite everybody to enjoy all the local craft breweries, wineries, and distilleries.”

"I think it was the first year that we came out here, Phil, the owner of Bent Run, literally had like 10 percent of the population of Warren here," stated Karl Kolbe, Owner of Pressure Drop Brewing.  "It was incredible, and the crowd is just amazing, every year. All the people who come out are just the nicest and kindest.”

Event coordinators have declared this year's festival to be a success and are looking forward to next years celebration.
