The Presque Isle Partnership has announced the lineup for this year's Sunset Music Series. The free six-week concert series will begin in June and will continue weekly through July 24.

Each week, attendees can listen to two live bands, enjoy local food trucks, ice cream, hula-hoop playshops, and extended swimming hours.

The concert series will be held at Beach 11 each week. Beach 11 is equipped with beach wheelchair pathways, a nature playground, and ample parking.

Additionally, on concert nights, attendees can ride to Beach 11 for free aboard the Presque Isle Express - Route 33.

“UPMC Health Plan and UPMC Hamot are excited to collaborate once again with Presque Isle Partnership,” said Katie Shafer, Community Relations Manager for UPMC Health Plan. “We look forward to the UPMC Sunset Music Series each summer, where we come together as a community to enjoy great music and delicious food while taking in nature’s most beautiful venue, Presque Isle State Park.”

Representatives from the state park want to remind the community that Beach 11 is a smoke free beach and alcohol is prohibited in Presque Isle State Park.
