Asbury Woods is preparing for its 7th annual Into the Woods 5 Miler run. 

Race organizers say the competitive course includes a mix of boardwalks, packed dirt trails and single track loops. 

Check in for the race will take place at 8:30 a.m., the race itself will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 8. There will also be a 1/2 mile Kids Fun-Run at 9 a.m. 

Additionally, Asbury Woods is offering free childcare for runners. 

The Into the Woods series will conclude with a 6 mile run on October 12.
