A Lake City man will spend 15 years in prison for a federal child porn case, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

William Leuschen, 39, was convicted of violating federal laws relating to the sexual exploitation of children.

The judge also ordered Leuschen to undergo 10 years of supervised release and pay $4,000 in restitution, as well as a $5,100 special assessment on his conviction.

Leuschen received and possessed photos showing prepubescent minors, some as young as infants and toddlers, engaging in sexually explicit conduct from May 2020 to February 2022, according to information presented to the court.
