A Corry man is dead following a single-vehicle crash on Saturday in Warren County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

It was reported in the 3800 block of Tidioute Creek Rd. in Triumph Township around 5:21 a.m.

The driver - identified as Dereck Gesin, 27 - was heading eastbound in a GM Arcadia SUV when he lost control of the vehicle and began to slide while going around a slight right-hand curve, troopers said.

The SUV then hit an embankment, causing the vehicle to overturn and roll multiple times, according to investigators.

Gesin was ejected from the sunroof, and the Warren County Coroner's Office pronounced him dead at the scene, state police said.

He was not wearing his seatbelt, and DUI played a role in the crash, according to troopers.
