A sign that summer is underway is the return of the Little Italy Farmer's Market.

This happens every Monday from June through September from 3:00 until 6:00 in the evening.

Community members can purchase fresh produce from various Sisters of Saint Joseph's Neighborhood Network community gardens and other farms and vendors.

Not only was this the first farmer's market of the season, but it was also the first one since one of their community gardens were vandalized and they received an immense amount of community support.

If you missed Monday's Farmer's Market, you can make a visit every Monday through September at 331 West 18th Street.
