Pennsylvania State Police made five arrests for driving under the influence (DUI) at a checkpoint in Erie County over the weekend.

Troopers did not disclose the location but conducted the enforcement, which also included roving patrols, Friday starting at 10 p.m., state police said.

A total of 80 vehicles were contacted, and state police also made one misdemeanor arrest in addition to the DUI arrests.

27 other traffic citations and 11 warnings were also issued, according to troopers.
