Envision Blind Sports is hosting a week-long camp for visually impaired youth to help them learn different ways they can access over 25 different sports.
On Wednesday, the organization hosted a hockey camp.
Some of these sports are modified by having sound incorporated, such as balls containing bells to make noise. The sports camp has existed since 2006 and envision became a non-profit in 2017, to access kids year-round.
The skaters were assisted by the Cathedral Prep hockey team, who dedicated their time to help out on the ice.
The last day of the sports camp is Saturday, July 20.
