Giant Eagle is selling its GetGo convenience stores to Alimentation Couche-Tard, according to an announcement Monday.

GetGo has about 270 locations and 3,500 employees across Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland and Indiana.

As part of the sales agreement, both companies will still partner together on Giant Eagle’s myPerks loyalty program.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in 2025.

Couche-Tard operates Circle K and is one of the largest independent convenience store operators in the United States.
