Veteran's Memorial Bridge, which carries State St. over the Allegheny River in Oil City, has reopened to traffic, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced Monday.

Drivers are asked to use caution when traveling through the area due to ongoing work for State St. bridge preservation project. Some work may require temporary lane restrictions and closures, and flaggers may be directing traffic.

The work may cause traffic pattern changes and possible short-term delays.
