Davis Country Kitchen and Coffee Shoppe closed in January of this year, and today they are officially reopened under new management and a new name.

Jerry Skinner said there was plenty of foot traffic including some national customers from Arizona and Connecticut when they opened at 6 a.m.
The diner began renovations back in June, completely gutting the dining and kitchen area to bring their brand new, old school look of the 50's and 60's.
B&D's Diner, will be open Thursday's, Saturday's, and Sunday's from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday's and Friday's still opening at 6 a.m. but not closing till 7 p.m, and closed Tuesday's and Wednesday's.
Jerry said that this place is more than just a place to eat.
"It is more of diner slash community center, all the older people in the area come here in the morning and catch up on the news," Jerry Skinner said. "It is a great place to be."
