Erie Ale Works is turning ten and hosting a five-day celebration to mark the anniversary.

It runs Wednesday, Sept. 4, through Sunday, Sept. 8, and will feature a variety of food trucks. They include The Que Abides, E Dogg’s Hot Dogs, The Atacolypse, A Waffle Miracle, Casey’s Ice Cream Cart and ippa Pizza Napoletana.

There will also be special beer releases including the seasonal return of Octoberfest.

Erie Ale Works will also be bringing back its original five-foot bar for the celebration and will have some giveaways.

“We collectively stared down countless challenges including a global pandemic and record-high inflation all while unwavering from our values and offering our community some unique products we're quite proud of," said Jeff McCullor, co-owner of Erie Ale Works, in a news release. "We're taking this time to mark our 10th anniversary, and we really have local beer fans to thank. Without them, none of this would be possible.”

McCullor and co-owner Steve Anthony started brewing beer in a garage before Erie Ale Works opened in its current location at 416 W. 12th St. in the City of Erie on Sept. 6, 2014.
