A new woman-owned business has opened in the City of Erie. 

Niagara Creamery officially opened its doors to the public on Thursday, August 22. The shop is located at 804 East 38th Street in Erie, Pa. 

The new business was founded by local entrepreneur Karla Paris. 

The Niagara Creamery offers a variety of classic and innovative ice cream flavors. The business even offers non-dairy options. 

“I’ve always had a passion for creating delicious desserts and bringing joy to people through food,” said Karla Paris, owner of Niagara Creamery. “Opening this ice cream shop is a dream come true, and I’m thrilled to share my love for ice cream with the Erie County community.”

Niagara Creamery is open Tuesday-Saturday from 12-9 p.m. and Sundays 1-8 p.m.
