Athena Women's Leadership community hosts a luncheon to recognize emerging leaders and expose members to successful mentors in Erie.

Linda Stevenson founded the Erie community 24 years ago and continues to guide men and women.

Linda Stevenson says " Find women and men living the life you want to live. Find what you care about the most and focus on that. Make sure you collaborate with other people and work with other organizations, you know it's not always about you it's about us."


Linda emphasizes the need for leadership balance, not only at the local level but also in National Politics.


Linda explains "Balanced leadership that's what we need. Right now, we need more women in the position who are making the decisions. I don't like to see it be a party play, but I think it's more about the individual. We need that balanced leadership in this country so that people are hearing the issues that women are dealing with."
