Tour Erie, a new walking tour company in downtown Erie, is launching a new Halloween themed tour this fall season.

The tour, Eerie Stories, Legends & Lore, will take attendees back in time to learn about the blood, but successful Battle of Lake Eire and the sad legacy of Misery Bay.

The tour will also cover the tale of the Lake Erie Storm Hag, haunted buildings in downtown Erie and more modern true crime stories including the infamous Pizza Bomber case.

The small group lantern lit tour, will begin and end at Voodoo Brewing.

The tour is roughly 90 minutes long and covers 1.5 miles of mostly flat terrain.

Tickets are $17 for adults, $10 for kids under 12 and children 4 and under are free. However, the tour company did place a content warning on the new tour.

The content warning states: "This tour may not be appropriate children. [sic] Please be advised that we will be discussing murder, true crime, supernatural activity, and more things that might be too scary for wee ones. Use your parental discretion!"

The Eerie Stories, Legends & Lore Tour will be offered on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 5:30 p.m.
