New York Man Gets Prison Time for Trying to Meet 10 Year Old in Erie for Sex
A New York man will spend 12 years behind bars for trying to meet a 10 year old in Erie for sex, according to the U.S. Department of Justice on Tuesday.
A judge handed down the sentence for Noah Fisch-Lewis, 32, of Harford, who was convicted of violating federal laws related to the sexual exploitation of a minor.
He was also ordered to spend 10 years on supervised release and pay a $5,200 special assessment.
Fisch-Lewis communicated with an undercover agent posing as the mother of a 10-year-old girl from Sept. 23 to Oct. 8, 2022, according to information presented to the court. He repeatedly expressed his desire to engage in sexual activity with the minor, investigators said.
Fisch-Lewis drove from upstate New York to Erie, Pa., to have illegal sexual conduct with the purported 10 year old and was arrested when he showed up at the agreed meeting place, the Department of Justice said.
