It's the start of November and the start of the winter parking rules in the City of Erie.

The odd-even parking regulations go into effect Friday, November 1. These rules limit parking to one side of the street on certain days.

They will be enforced on weekdays and on weekends if there is a snow emergency.

These regulations help snowplows navigate some of the city's narrower streets.

You risk a ticket of having your car towed if you don't comply. They will stay in place through the month of March.
