The Belle Valley Fire Department has secured state funding to purchase a new quick response vehicle. With the funding, secured by state Rep. Bizzarro, the department is ready to put the vehicle into service. 

Bizzarro joined Belle Valley Firefighters to commemorate the beginning of the truck's service on Monday, November 4. 

“This new truck will help Belle Valley transport first responders and medical equipment so they can respond to emergency situations in a secure and effective manner,” said Bizzarro. “Our firefighters deserve the best equipment available to help them do their job. They keep us safe, so it’s just common sense that we do everything we can to do the same for them." 

Bizzarro helped secure the $90,000 state grant used to purchase the new quick response vehicle (QRV) in November 2022.
