The Community Blood Bank is hosting an emergency mobile blood drive today.

They're located at the Giant Eagle on Interchange Road. They say they're in dire need of donations.

Partly because the Thanksgiving snow storm slowed donations, as people couldn't get out and make it to the blood bank, and they had to cancel 15 blood drives.

The bloodmobile will be at the Giant Eagle on Interchange Road until 4 p.m. this afternoon. 

Anyone who stops by to donate will get at $15 gift card. 

Additionally, the Erie Donor Center will be implementing emergency hours on Saturday, December 21st from 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. 

All donors who donate the center will receive an Otters themed t-shirt along with a pair of tickets to a regular season home game of their choice. 

The Community Blood Bank is the sole supplier of blood and blood products to the region.
