A Waffle Miracle, a local food truck that serves gourmet waffles, has announced plans to open a brick and mortar location. 

The business will be located at 8651 Wattsburg Road in Erie. 

The new location will be a collaboration between A Waffle Miracle and Before the Barrel Distillery. 

According to a Facebook post, the business plans on hosting a grand opening celebration on February 1 and 2. The celebration will kick off around 12 p.m. and conclude at 8 p.m. 

The business will host a soft opening this Friday.
