A group gathered near the steps of the Warren County Courthouse on Sunday, February 1st, for a rally organized by Aaron Stearns, chairman of the Warren County Democratic Party, and Indivisible Warren.  

The event, themed “It’s Groundhog Day… Again,” referenced the classic film to highlight concerns over recurring challenges in government and society.  
 
“We gathered together in protest because, there are a lot of folks who feel marginalized who feel that their rights are at stake,” Stearns said. “We wanted to make sure they know there are folks out there who care and are willing to fight for them. That they aren’t alone. It’s important that they know they have allies.”  
 
The rally aimed to bring awareness to issues affecting the community and encourage ongoing discussions.
