Meals on Wheels Erie is looking for the community's support to help win a $10,000 GBU Foundation Community Grant. 

Individuals can find Meals on Wheels Erie in the Hometown Hero Support category on the GBU Foundation's website. 

According to Meals on Wheels, any grant funding the organization wins will go towards the Veterans in Need Meal Program. Even if the organization places in 3rd, at least one veteran will receive meals every day for a year. 

Additionally, the Second Harvest Food Bank of NWPA is in the Charitable Giving category. 

Individuals can vote for one organization per category. Voting will close on Friday, February 28 at 11:59 p.m. 

Winners will be announced in March 2025.
