An Erie organization is asking for donations to continue their work.

Erie Trap and Release has been around for more than a decade. They rescue feral and injured cats around Erie.

Right now, they are helping a cat they say was hit by a car and left on the side of the road for several days.

The cat, Grey Hawk, was hit in Erie last week. Someone found the cat several days later and brought it to the organization.

The cat has been receiving vet care since and likely won’t be able to walk.

The organization has raised enough money to cover Grey Hawk’s medical care. They are asking for additional donations to cover his new wheelchair.

More information about how to donate can be found here.
