ULTA Beauty is opening a location at the Grove City Premium Outlets. 

The new ULTA Beauty location will open in August 2025. 

ULTA Beauty is the largest U.S. beauty retailer and provides a wide range of cosmetics, fragrance, skin care products, and hair care products. ULTA carries over 500 well established and emerging brands including CHANEL, benefit, Clinque, e.l.f., Urban Decay, and more.
