Residents should keep their eyes on the Bicentennial Tower at Dobbins Landing starting Tuesday, April 1. The tower will be lit in blue and green in recognition of National Donate Life Month. 

The goal of Donate Life Month is to raise awareness about donation, and encourage Americans to register as organ, eye, and tissue donors. It's also about honoring those who have saved lives through the gift of donation.
