Movies at Meadville to Enforce 6 p.m. Curfew for Moviegoers 16 Years of Age & Younger

The Movies at Meadville will begin enforcing a curfew for moviegoers 16 years old and younger. The movie theater says its creating the policy due to recent events cause by viewers watching "The Minecraft Movie".
Starting Friday, April 18, anyone 16 years of age and younger will be required to be accompanied by their parent or guardian to attend any film starting after 6 p.m. regardless of rating.
Additionally, a valid photo ID will be needed.
The theater says they understand the impact this may have on teens who exhibited good behavior, however, for the enjoyment of all guests, they will be joining other theaters who have the same policy.
