Mercyhurst University Names New Executive Director of Intelligence Program

The Mercyhurst University Intelligence Program is welcoming its new executive director.
Former governor, Tom Ridge, was in attendance at the Center for Academic Engagement building on Mercyhurst's campus.
During the event, Ted Stanich was named the new executive director to the Intel Program. Stanich comes with over three decades of leadership experience in law enforcement, intelligence, critical infrastructure protection, national and homeland security, and emergency response.
Stanich currently serves as the Associate Administrator for National Security at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. His job is to direct the Federal Intelligence Coordination Office.
Stanich will assume his duties at Mercyhurst University at the start of the 2025 fall semester, this August.
