The Diocese of Erie is hosting a Mass for the repose of the soul of Pope Francis. 

Bishop Lawrence Persico is hosting a special Mass on Friday, May 2 at 5:15 p.m. at Saint Peter Cathedral. 

The Diocese says this a sacred opportunity to come together as a community of faith, honoring the life and legacy of the Holy Father and asking God to grant to him eternal peace. 

If you cannot attend in person, the Mass will be livestreamed on Facebook and on St. Peter's website.
