It was another day of training and practice for a group of hockey players from Ukraine on Saturday.

These young men have been in Erie for the past year learning different hockey techniques and skills. They have been going to school and living with a host family.

Saturday's practice was all about work off the ice, which included drills, running, and speed workouts. 

Saturday's dry land practice took place on the soccer fields next to LECOM Sports Park.

A new group of hockey players will come into town in the next few weeks for a three week hockey camp.
