The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC) will host a job fair on Monday, June 10, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at SCI Cambridge Springs, 451 Fullerton Ave., Cambridge Springs, PA 16403, as it looks to fill corrections officer trainee roles and other positions across various fields.

The DOC recently lowered the minimum age for corrections officer trainees from 21 to 18, expanding opportunities for young job seekers.

It also waived the Pennsylvania residency requirement for officer positions, opening the door for applicants from neighboring states.

Onsite interviews for corrections officer trainees will be held during the event, no appointment or registration required, though attendees are encouraged to apply beforehand and bring two forms of ID.
