Immersive Theater at Room 33 Speakeasy
At Room 33 Speakeasy, Saturday night was a chance to "Rewind" back to the 90's with what was billed as a Tethered Immersive Theater event.
The production, full of local talent, was written, directed and produced by Adele Crotty, who was also part of the cast.
It was billed as an evening of music and laughter in a one-of-a-kind immersive event.
The drama followed what happens when a talented musician, her clueless boyfriend, a sleazy manager, two hot babes, and a bartender collide, each have their own agenda.
The audience was encouraged to wear their favorite 90's gear. It was a chance to dip their toes in the waters of immersive theater, where they're amid the action and performers may just interact with the audience.
Rewind was sponsored by the Erie Reader.
The main Tethered performance is coming up in September. Ticket sales for that opened Saturday night at the event.
