Pete Zaphiris, Principal Agent for Great Lakes Insurance Services Group, the largest Erie Insurance agency, said that his business is able to continue working and processing claims. He's asking agents to go "old school" and use paper documents to process claims for customers until the system issues are resolved. "We're not missing a beat," Zaphiris said.
