Dragons and Fairies Festival Returns to Audubon Community Nature Center June 21

Magic and adventure await at the Audubon Community Nature Center’s Dragons and Fairies Festival on Saturday, June 21, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The annual family-friendly celebration transforms Audubon’s grounds into an enchanting realm filled with mystical creatures, crafts, story times, and whimsical fun.
Visitors of all ages are encouraged to dress in costume and immerse themselves in a day of fantasy, nature, and hands-on activities.
Attendees can enjoy:
•Fairy tale story times (11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2 p.m.)
•Kid-safe and real archery
•Live Celtic music by Water Horse (10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.)
•Magical crafts, gnome hunts, and wizard staff making
•Carriage rides (reservations recommended)
•Drum circles, photo booths, and scavenger hunts
•Food trucks, artisan vendors, and blacksmith demos
•Kids will receive treasure bags to collect prizes throughout the day.
Admission:
•$12 for adults
•$9 for members and children ages 3–15
•Free for children 2 and under
•Parking is free. Some activities cost extra, cash is recommended.
