The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) has announced a no-essay scholarship opportunity for college and graduate students, as well as their parents, through the Keystone Student Loan Program.

Students in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia are eligible to enter the $2,500 sweepstakes simply by signing up for college planning communications at KeystoneStudentLoans.org/ss between June 5 and December 15, 2025.

Twelve winners will be chosen, six in August and six in December, before the start of each semester.

“There’s no essay required, so anyone can enter in just minutes,” said James Steeley, PHEAA President & CEO. “Entrants will also receive helpful tips on preparing for and paying for college.”

A separate sweepstakes, the PA Forward Scholarship, is available to Pennsylvania residents at pheaa.org/ss.
