One of Erie’s most beloved annual traditions is back!

The Great American Book Sale kicks off Sunday, June 15 and runs through Friday, June 20 at the Flo Fabrizio Ice Center at the Erie Zoo (527 W. 38th Street).

Organized by the Friends of the Erie County Public Library, the six-day event features over 75,000 gently used books, along with audiobooks, CDs, DVDs, and puzzles—offering something for readers and collectors of all ages.

Pricing Highlights:

   •Hardcovers and large paperbacks: $2

   •Regular paperbacks: $1

   •Children’s hardcover books: $1

   •Children’s paperbacks: $0.50

   •Special section: collectible and coffee table books, Erie history, gardening, cookbooks

Sale Hours:

  •Sunday–Thursday (June 15–19): 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

   •Friday, June 20: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Bonus: Mini Book Drive
