All lanes of Route 208 are currently closed at its intersection with Route 258 in Springfield Township due to downed utility lines, according to PennDOT.
The closure is impacting access to Interstate 79 from Route 208 westbound, and eastbound traffic on Route 208 is being detoured at the Route 258 intersection.
Crews are working to clear the area, and the road will remain closed until utility cleanup is complete.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and exercise caution near the area.
