Lineups for 814 Concert Series and Sounds of Summer
Erie Mayor Joe Schember, joined by City Events Manager Gabi Watson and UPMC Health Plan’s Katie Bool-Shafer, today unveiled the schedules for this year’s 814 Concert Series and Sounds of Summer.
UPMC Community Plan is the presenting sponsor of both concert series.
Now in its fourth season, the 814 Concert Series brings live music and local food trucks to different Erie parks every Sunday from July 6 to August 10.
Each event kicks off at 5 p.m. and includes community resource tables, in partnership with the City’s Love Your Block initiative.
814 Concert Series Schedule:
•July 6 – Baker Field
•July 13 – Rodger Young Park
•July 20 – Bayview Park
•July 27 – Nickel Plate Mills
•August 3 – Baldwin Park
•August 10 – Wayne Park
The concerts feature a range of musical styles, from reggae to rock. Full lineup details are available at 814concerts.com.
The Sounds of Summer series, a long-standing city tradition, brings music to senior living communities on Monday evenings from July 7 through August 11.
These performances begin at 7 p.m. and are free and open to the public.

•July 14 – Mercy Terrace Apartments
•July 21 – Ostrow Apartments
•July 28 – Pennsylvania Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Home
•August 4 – Regency at South Shore
•August 11 – Curry/Schell Apartments
The City of Erie extends thanks to the Local 17 Music Fund and Allen Zurcher for their continued support of the Sounds of Summer program.
