It's been two weeks since Erie Insurance first detected unauthorized activity in its company wide systems network and as of Saturday, that system still remains off line.

After acknowledging an information security incident, the insurance company reported earlier this week that it has control its systems, has seen no evidence of ransomware and found no indication of an ongoing threat.

While it works to come back online, Erie's local agents, claims and customer care teams continue to directly support customers with claims, or any other issues.
