58th Annual Meadville Halloween Parade Returns October 25 with 'Under the Sea' Theme
It may be the height of summer, but plans are already surfacing for one of Crawford County’s most beloved fall traditions: the 58th Annual Meadville Halloween Parade, set to make waves Saturday, October 25, 2025.
Organized by Emerging Professionals In Crawford County (EPICC), formerly known as CAYCCs, this year’s parade will dive into the theme “Under the Sea.”
From mermaids to submarines, organizers are encouraging participants to get creative with their costumes and floats.
The procession kicks off on South Main Street, loops around Diamond Park, and continues down Chestnut Street, wrapping up past the Market House.
In keeping with tradition, proceeds above operational costs will benefit a local nonprofit.
This year’s recipient is St. James Haven, an organization that provides shelter, meals, and support for homeless men in the Meadville area.
“This parade continues to be a true community celebration,” said EPICC organizers. “We’re excited to support St. James Haven and bring the spirit of Halloween to downtown Meadville once again.”
Sponsorship and float registration opportunities are now open.
