A new non-profit launched it's effort to transform home exteriors across Erie County.

It's called Project Curb Appeal. Local realtors, Stacey Santos and Megan DeMarco from RE/MAX Real Estate Group are turning their passion into a project to help beautify the community.

The first fist home is now completed.

The selection for the first makeover started in April 2025. It included fresh paint, landscaping, and repairs to the property.

Project Curb Appeal partners with other local businesses to get the job done. This project cost close to $15,000 and 30 hours of labor; all donated by local businesses and volunteers. The next project will begin in the fall, 2025.
