Allegheny Health Network Appoints Jill M. Muir as Chief Nursing Officer at AHN Saint Vincent Hospital

Allegheny Health Network (AHN) has announced the appointment of Dr. Jill M. Muir, DNP, MS, RN, CCM, NE-BC, as the new Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for AHN Saint Vincent Hospital and AHN Grove City Hospital, effective July 14.
Dr. Muir brings extensive leadership experience in nursing administration, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
Most recently, she served as CNO for Penn Highlands DuBois, Clearfield, and Brookville hospitals, where she led initiatives in trauma services, infection control, and nurse retention.
Her background also includes leadership roles at Indiana Regional Medical Center and Highmark Health, where she was Manager of Disease/Complex Management.

Muir holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, a Master of Science in Health Services Leadership, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Diploma in Nursing.
Her appointment reflects AHN’s ongoing dedication to elevating patient care and supporting clinical excellence across its network.
