National Comedy Center to Host July Memory Café for Individuals Living with Memory Loss

The National Comedy Center will host its sixth Memory Café on Monday, July 7, offering a free, laughter-filled experience for individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other memory-related conditions, along with their caregivers and loved ones.
Held on the first Monday of each month, the Memory Café gives participants the chance to explore the museum’s interactive exhibits at their own pace.
Beloved moments from classic shows like I Love Lucy, The Carol Burnett Show, and Saturday Night Live provide a shared space for connection and joyful reminiscence.
The July 7 gathering begins with check-in and self-guided exploration at 10 AM, followed by refreshments and a group program at 11 AM.
The monthly series aims to offer support, comfort, and community through the healing power of comedy. Admission is free, but space is limited.
Reservations are encouraged at ComedyCenter.org/MemoryCafe.
