Kraft Heinz Recalls 367,812 Pounds of Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon Over Listeria Concerns
Kraft Heinz Foods Company is recalling nearly 368,000 pounds of Oscar Mayer turkey bacon due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes, the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced.
The affected fully cooked turkey bacon was produced between April 24 and June 11, 2025 at the company’s Newberry, South Carolina facility and shipped to retailers across the U.S., with some also sent to the British Virgin Islands and Hong Kong.

All recalled products feature the USDA inspection mark on the label. The issue was discovered during company lab testing that detected possible contamination.
No illnesses have been reported, but Listeria can cause serious infection, especially in older adults, pregnant women, newborns, and individuals with weakened immune systems.
Symptoms may include fever, muscle aches, nausea, and in severe cases, confusion or convulsions.
Consumers are urged not to eat the recalled products. Items should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
