Roma’s Italian Kitchen is serving up more than just pasta this month. In honor of National Lasagna Day on Tuesday, July 29, the Erie restaurant will donate $2 from every order of its “Erie’s Best Lasagna” to Make-A-Wish Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

The fundraiser is part of Scott Enterprises’ long running “We Promise to Care” campaign, which emphasizes community support and volunteerism.

“We’re excited to turn one of our most beloved dishes into a way to make a difference,” said Nick Scott Jr., vice president of Scott Enterprises. “National Lasagna Day is the perfect time to share our signature dish while supporting an incredible organization like Make-A-Wish.”

All proceeds from the day’s lasagna sales will help fund life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

“We’re so grateful to Roma’s Italian Kitchen and Scott Enterprises for supporting our mission,” said Kate Neubert-Lechner, Regional Office Manager for Make-A-Wish. “Community support like this truly makes a lasting impact.”
