NORTH EAST COMMUNITY MARINA AUTHORITY SIGNS AGREEMENT OF SALE FOR TRANSFER OF THE NORTH EAST MARINA

North East, Pennsylvania - - - - On Friday, June 27, 2025, the Board of the North East Community Marina Authority signed an Agreement of Sale to transfer the North East Marina from the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission to the North East Community Marina Authority.

Over the weekend, the full package containing the signed agreement and its various attachments was then
sent to the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, to be circulated for signature by the appropriate officials
within the Commission and those within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Today, the Authority received a formal deed for the Marina property and with the support of its solicitors, the
Board of the Authority is conducting a final review of that deed, while completing the formal title search related
to all of the parcels of property which comprise the Marina Complex.

While the Authority is now awaiting the earliest possible closing date, the Fish and Boat Commission’s
position is that the Marina must remain closed until the formal closing is completed, in accordance with
regulatory requirements."

The North East Community Marina Authority is standing by and hopes to be able to provide further updates as
soon as a date and time for closing has been identified."
