Warren, PA — The Warren County Democratic Committee is hosting a community picnic Saturday, July 19th, at Pellegrino’s Creekside Pavilion, beginning at 5:00PM.

The event is open to the public and by donation. Organizers say the goal is to give voters from across the political spectrum an opportunity to meet and hear from multiple state and local candidates ahead of campaign season.

Candidates have been invited from both sides of the aisle, and the committee emphasizes the event is not an endorsement but a chance to increase civic engagement.

“We’re really hoping to give all voters a chance to ask questions and hear directly from the candidates," stated Jacob Devereaux, Program Sub-committee Chair for Warren County Democrats. "At this event people will learn about what is going to be on the ballot in November, like the five judges who are up for retention. We will also be hosting Republican candidate Casey Strickland, who is running for Warren County District Attorney as well. This is not a strictly Democratic event, we want to invite all voters to come out and learn more ahead of the election season."

The committee says the evening is meant to be informative, inclusive, and accessible to all residents interested in learning more about the state’s judicial branch and upcoming election.

The picnic begins at 5:00PM at Pellegrino’s Creekside Pavilion in Warren, PA.
